How to brew filter coffee? Instructions and Tips

Filter coffee has been experiencing an unprecedented comeback for quite some time now. Filter coffee has always been the number one choice among coffee lovers. However, filter coffee is so much more than just coffee prepared with a coffee machine. The classic among coffee filters for preparing filter coffee is undoubtedly the hand filter from Melitta, with which one can still brew an excellent, balanced, hand-filtered coffee today. With the right filtering technique and by observing certain preparation conditions, filter coffee becomes a clear, robust taste experience with unparalleled aromatic diversity. Preparation is simple and quick: Hot water, coffee, and the hand filter with a filter bag, along with a collection vessel, are sufficient. Today, we want to focus on hand filters and coffee makers that use a paper filter as their filtering medium.
