We, Kaffeerösterei Kirmse in Zwiesel, are deeply rooted in the Bavarian Forest. For coffee connoisseurs in the region, throughout Germany, and across Europe, we sustainably roast the highest quality beans and sell suitable accessories as well as regional specialities. As an owner-managed family business, we offer a trusting, warm working atmosphere in a dynamic team.

What you can expect from us:

Every day is different here! Depending on your strengths and working pattern, you can expect a variety of tasks:

• Learn the Craft: You'll learn coffee roasting from the ground up directly from owner and roast master Jens.
• Fresh Production & Storage: You'll hand-pack our coffee fresh as needed, operate the labelling machine and be responsible for proper storage.
• Shop & Customer Service: You'll advise our customers in the shop, sell coffee accessories and prepare coffee specialities.
• Organisation & Flexible Duties: You'll assist with telephone and email enquiries, accept deliveries and help out as needed (e.g. as holiday cover) with the dispatch of our online shop.
• Creativity (optional): If you'd like, you're welcome to get involved in designing our social media channels.

Your Profile:

• Passion for coffee & curiosity: You are eager to immerse yourself deeply in the world of coffee – from learning the craft of roasting to gaining knowledge of specialty coffees and the diverse flavour profiles from various growing regions around the world.
• Practical skills: You enjoy getting stuck in and work precisely when packaging and labelling.
• Enjoyment of customer contact: You are outgoing, friendly, and advise people with a smile.
• Reliability & flexibility: You are a real team player and step in where support is needed.
• Driving licence: Category B (car).
