With the Carlsbad Pot, you can brew first-class coffee with full and nuanced aromas without an additional paper filter.

The Carlsbad Pot, with its porcelain coffee filter, guarantees an unadulterated and strong taste, as the porcelain coffee filter is absolutely taste-neutral. Due to the coarse mesh of the porcelain filter, the choice of coffee with a very coarse grind is crucial for successful brewing. The Carlsbad Pot gently extracts fats, oils, sugars, and acids from the coffee. The porcelain coffee filters, like the entire Carlsbad Pot, are easy to clean, and the parts are dishwasher-safe.

Tips for Preparing Coffee with the Karlsbad Pot

To ensure your coffee stays hot for longer, it's advisable to pre-warm the Karlsbad pot with boiling water before brewing. The ideal amount of coffee is approximately 40 grams for a large 850ml pot, which is about 5-6 coffee scoops. For a single cup of coffee, you'll need around 10 grams of coffee, approximately 1.5 coffee scoops or tablespoons.
Coffee ground to the coarsest setting is most suitable, as it allows the coarse-mesh porcelain filter to work optimally and ensures an even extraction, resulting in a rich and nuanced coffee.
