The special feature of the Sowden SoftBrew is its unique stainless steel filter: 160,000 microscopic holes, with a size between 0.15 and 0.18 mm, allow the water to flow and offer an incomparable taste, without the disadvantages of other coffee brewers.
The Sowden SoftBrew coffee filter works with the infusion method, which is often favored by professional tasters. Thanks to its specially developed coffee filter, the Sowden SoftBrew cleanly separates the coffee from the grounds, resulting in an unadulterated coffee with an exceptional aroma. The Sowden SoftBrew allows you as a coffee brewer to experiment and try out; the grind size of the coffee can be fine, medium, or coarse. With very finely ground coffee, the Sowden SoftBrew allows the finest particles to pass through to a certain extent, giving the coffee a typical body.
After brewing, simply remove the coffee filter. The Sowden SoftBrew coffee pot then presents itself in elegant, white porcelain and a timeless design. Both the coffee pot and the coffee filter of the Sowden SoftBrew are dishwasher-safe and easy to clean.

Tips for Brewing with the Sowden SoftBrew
Brewing is very simple:
- Insert coffee filter into the SoftBrew coffee pot
- Add coffee to the filter
- Pour in water that is no longer boiling
- Stir
- Let it steep for at least 4 minutes
- Remove filter
- The coffee is ready
For brewing, it is recommended to use 12 grams of fine, medium, or coarsely ground coffee per cup.
