The Soul Food Chocolate: Inspired by the popular American Pecan Pie. A homemade pecan nougat, sweetened with maple sugar, refined with a touch of white chocolate and many small pecan pieces caramelized in maple sugar. Beneath, a sweet whisky ganache made from caramel couverture and Styrian whisky from David Gölles. An elegant whisky distilled from regional spelt and aged for years in oak barrels. Coated with classic dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content.
