Zotter Salt Caramel
Noble dark chocolate filled with salt caramel and almond nougat with salt
French Art: Salt caramel is a French delicacy. A candy-caramel layer, invigorated with a pinch of salt, is complemented by a wonderfully melting almond nougat layer, refined with a touch of dark chocolate and salt crystals. Daintily coated with milk chocolate and finally enveloped in fine dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content. The salt ennobles the caramel and offsets the sweetness – a perfect combination.
