Dark Mountain Milk Chocolate filled with Honey Marzipan and Almond Nougat with Honey Nut Brittle
Marzipan-Nut Magic: A heavenly soft almond marzipan layer, sweetened with honey, on a second layer of delicate melting almond nougat, which is refined with a little white chocolate and homemade honey nut brittle. For the brittle, we let caramelized almond and hazelnut pieces bathe in honey before they jump into the nougat. Enrobed in milk chocolate with 50% cocoa content.
