Zotter Drinking Chocolate - White with Vanilla
White chocolate with plenty of aromatic mountain milk from the happy cows of Tyrolean mountain farmers. Lots of cocoa butter, unrefined raw cane sugar, sweet almonds, and real vanilla melt into a sweet drinking confection.

Preparation:
Blended:
Blend one drinking chocolate bar with 0.2 or 0.3 l of hot milk in a stand mixer or with an immersion blender. Your drinking chocolate smoothie is ready!
Creamy Blended:
Bring 200 ml of milk to a boil in a small pot, add the drinking bar, and blend with an immersion blender. Afterwards, be sure to bring the mixture briefly to a boil, and your chocolate smoothie is ready!
Stirred:
Heat 0.2 or 0.3 l of milk according to your taste and froth it. Now, let the drinking bar steep in the milk for 1-2 minutes. Whisk the drinking bar. Let the drink rest for another 1-2 minutes so that the flavors can unfold. Whisk again and enjoy!
Cool – Drinking Chocolate on Ice:
Prepare drinking chocolate "normally", let it cool in the refrigerator, and serve with ice cubes or crushed ice.
