Coffee Couverture filled with Cognac Cream
The old French master Cognac fills the dark chocolate ganache with a round and intense flavor. And because the Cognac bids farewell in the finish with notes of roasted coffee, the coating of this creation appropriately consists of coffee couverture. Naturally, because Zotter also roasts coffee in-house in its own roastery. For this, Arabica coffee beans travel from the highlands of Mexico and Colombia.
