The Art of Coffee Roasting in the Coffee Roasting Workshop In the Coffee Roasting Workshop, you will learn a great deal about coffee roasting — just as it is celebrated daily here at our coffee roastery. Together, in the Coffee Roasting Workshop, one of our organically sourced, hand-picked, high-quality highland coffees will be gently roasted in a traditional drum roaster. Jens Kirmse will guide you informatively and with a touch of wit through the history of coffee, vividly illustrated in the Coffee Museum where the workshop takes place. Cultivation, harvesting, processing, the various coffee varieties, and machine knowledge are on the agenda. The impressive diversity of coffees from around the equator is showcased in the "Zwiesel Treasure Chamber". Enjoy freshly roasted coffee — with in-depth knowledge. The Coffee Roasting Workshop takes place on Wednesdays or Fridays and lasts 3 hours.

Experience the Magical Transformation of the Coffee Bean Coffee roasting is craftsmanship – at least at Kaffeerösterei Kirmse.
