Select Switch:

With the Select switch, you can easily choose between a full and a half pot of coffee while maintaining optimal taste. In half-pot mode, the flow time is delayed. This allows the water sufficient time to develop the full flavor and aromas of the coffee, just like with a full pot. This makes the KBG Select suitable for both a full pot of coffee and individual cups.

Hotplate:

The Moccamaster filter coffee machine keeps the pot of coffee warm at 80-85°C. This allows you to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee for an extended period. The hotplate automatically switches off after 40 minutes by default, making the coffee machine fire-safe.
