Moccamaster KBG Select Coffee Machine - Matt Silver

Moccamaster KBG Select

Moccamaster has been the market leader in brewing the best cup of coffee since 1968. Coffee has never tasted as good as with a Moccamaster filter coffee machine. It's no coincidence that Moccamaster has been internationally recognized as the best coffee machine for years by experts from the European Coffee Brewing Center and the Specialty Coffee Association. The KBG Select is the perfect coffee machine for brewing 4 to 10 cups of coffee. If you brew less coffee, we recommend the Moccamaster Cup-one.

The unique taste experience of Moccamaster

The secret to a perfect cup of coffee is the temperature at which the coffee is brewed. Moccamaster's copper heating element is unique and ensures an optimal brewing temperature between 92 and 96°C. Why is this temperature optimal? If the coffee is brewed too cold, it tastes sour. If the coffee is brewed too hot, it tastes bitter. Moccamaster finds the perfect balance, brewing coffee at the right temperature so you can enjoy the most delicious cup of coffee.

The advantages:

• Fast: a full pot of coffee in 6 minutes
• Hot coffee: perfect brewing temperature of 92-96°C
• Innovative: Select switch for optimal taste with a full or half pot of coffee
• Intelligent: The hot plate keeps coffee at 80-85°C
• Fire-safe: Automatically switches off after 40 minutes
• Iconic design and available in many different colors
• Handcrafted from high-quality materials in the Netherlands
• Durable: 5-year warranty on durability and reparability, and all parts are available separately
• Certified by the European Coffee Brewing Center (ECBC) and the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA)

Select switch:

With the Select switch, you can easily choose between a full and a half pot of coffee, while maintaining optimal taste. In half-pot mode, the flow time is delayed. This allows the water enough time to unfold the coffee's full flavor and aromas, just like with a full pot. This makes the KBG Select suitable for both a full pot of coffee and individual cups.

Warming plate:

The Moccamaster filter coffee machine keeps the pot of coffee warm at 80-85°C. This allows you to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee for an extended period. The hot plate automatically switches off after 40 minutes by default, making the coffee machine fire-safe.

Durable

Moccamaster coffee machines are made from high-quality materials to ensure your coffee machine lasts as long as possible. To guarantee the quality of its filter coffee machines, Moccamaster offers a 5-year warranty on every machine. This allows you to enjoy perfectly brewed coffee and beautiful design for even longer.
