Extra-dark milk chocolate filled with Gin ganache and lemon cream

The Hands On Gin consists only of white rum, juniper, black currants, coriander, lemongrass, and a little orange peel, and flows into a dark chocolate ganache, where the delicate juniper and orange aromas unfold perfectly. Combined with a refreshing-tart lemon ganache, created from high-percentage milk chocolate, lemons, and homemade premium bitter soda with vermouth. Enveloped in a dark milk chocolate with 60% cocoa content.
