Product Information "Dalla Corte Mina Yellow"
PATENTED TECHNOLOGY - Our patented DFR valve (Digital Flow Regulation) allows the water flow to be electronically precisely controlled and reproduced at every moment of the extraction. The valve opening can be controlled with an accuracy of 1/100 mm, and pre-infusion can start from 0 bar.
INDIVIDUAL - Create your coffee however you like. Brew your favorite coffee by manually controlling the pressure profile. Using the hand lever, you regulate the water flow onto the coffee puck until a pressure of 9 bar is reached. Once you have found your ideal profile, you can save it and automatically generate it at the touch of a button in the future, or you can continue in manual mode.
PERFORMANCE - In addition to the original multi-boiler technology, an innovative Swiss precision flow meter ensures the most accurate automatic dosing. A dedicated DC App for your smartphone allows you to clearly set, check, and save machine parameters. Mina can be operated with GCS, MCS, and OCS.
