The Ascaso Dream PID sets new standards for single-circuit espresso machines. Take a modern 1100W stainless steel and aluminium thermoblock with a precision manometer for controlling the brewing pressure. Professional brass portafilter for 58 mm baskets. Scope of delivery: 5 baskets for use with ground coffee, ESE pads and soft pads & aluminium tamper. Cup tray with railing and integrated cup warming. PID control with precise temperature pre-selection & time display during extraction. Portioning electronics for 2 portion sizes. Adjustable pre-infusion and standby function. Adjustable expansion valve for setting the brewing pressure (recommended 11 - 14 bar) Portafilter handle and steam knob made of hardwood.
