Milk Chocolate 40% filled with Poppy Seed Miso Butter Caramel and Sesame Nougat
A butter caramel layer refined with poppy seed miso made from Austrian grey poppy seeds. The poppy seed miso provides a poppy flavour, a salty note, and the umami kick. Umami is the fifth, 'new' sense of taste. Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning paste, typically made from soybeans and grains. LUVI's poppy seed miso is the Austrian variant. The poppy seed miso caramel is accompanied by a melt-in-your-mouth white sesame nougat layer, dotted with black sesame. Framed by a wafer-thin banana couverture layer and coated with milk chocolate containing 40% cocoa.
